Thefirm

SPARLANN was founded in 2013.

Inspired by the Breton word “sparlañ” meaning “copy-protection”, this name reflects its work of protecting intellectual property rights, but also the close relationship it forges with its customers.

Since it was founded, the firm has worked with companies and institutions, including at the international level, to help them with developing their activities and innovations: filing of rights, conclusion of contracts, worldwide rights portfolio management, assistance and support with legal disputes.

SPARLANN now provides an expanded service offering to respond to its customers’ issues in relation to IT contracts or connected to research and innovation. The firm also works in the personal data protection field and the law of e-commerce and digital platforms.

Our values

SPARLANN develops a close relationship with its customers, while stressing responsiveness, transparency and quality.

SPARLANN has offices in Rennes and Brest, enabling it to benefit from optimal anchorage in Brittany. This regional proximity does not prevent SPARLANN from helping companies wishing to export and develop their innovations on the international market, while retaining a local connection.

International

SPARLANN currently works with many correspondents worldwide: Europe, Asia, Central and Latin America, Oceania, Africa thanks to its active participation in various networks.

These networks enable it to offer its customers a range of services provided by professionals with in-depth knowledge of foreign legal systems. Cross-cutting and cross-border cases are routinely managed by our teams.
